The 908 AW First Sergeant Council is committed to developing, supporting, and empowering Airmen by fostering resilience, discipline, and readiness. We unite First Sergeants across the Wing to provide mentorship, share best practices, and ensure the welfare and professional growth of our force. We stand ready to provide assistance to Airmen and their families in times of crisis, enhance quality of life throughout the Wing, and deliver support and recognition to the hardworking Citizen Airmen under our watch—strengthening both our people and our mission through engaged leadership and unwavering commitment.
The 908 AW First Sergeant Council was established to unify First Sergeants across the Wing in their shared mission of caring for Airmen. Built on the Air Force tradition of the First Sergeant as a trusted leader, advisor, and advocate, the Council provides a forum for collaboration, mentorship, and the exchange of best practices.
