VICTORY FOR VETS

The first couple of years Victory For Vets donated money we raised at fundraising events to a local Veteran organization specifically for their service dog program. Because of the overwhelming need in the community, high costs and long waiting lists, in 2018 we launched our Service Dog Program by partnering with The Vet Center, The VA Hospital, Helping Hounds and Certified Canine Services. We are able to provide a service dog and the training for qualified Veterans referred to our program for around $4,000 which is significantly less expensive than most programs. To date we have graduated 33 teams through the program and have never had a waiting list.

Our organization is truly community driven and supported. It is particularly beneficial when groups or individuals choose make a donation, become a sponsor or host fundraising events on our behalf as it allows us to reach more of the community and share information about our mission and the program.
