Welcome to the National Medal of Honor Center for Leadership Program, where stories of valor inspire education. Through immersive experiences, we challenge participants to embody the values of Courage, Integrity, Commitment, Sacrifice, Citizenship, and Patriotism in their daily lives.

As we champion leadership and character development, our mission extends beyond
individuals—it's about shaping a brighter future for communities nationwide. Our
programs are tailored to provide essential tools and guidance for success, ensuring
accessibility for all who seek to make a difference. We strive to help learners of all ages and backgrounds incorporate these values and associated skills into both everyday interactions as well as the challenging leadership moments they will encounter.
At the heart of our initiative lies a commitment to building a values-based culture, recognizing the pivotal role of integrity in decision-making.

Leadership Academy - Our online program is designed to meet the needs of individual learners interested in furthering their professional and personal development at their own pace. Our Inspired Leader Series is comprised of short introductory courses on existing e-learning platforms that millions of learners already use.
Our Leadership and Values MasterCourse Series offers a deeper dive into the topics, stories, and techniques.

Partnership Program - This program seeks to enhance existing leadership programs and ethics courses at partner academic and other institutions across the country. We anticipate that each partnership will be different, and customized to the needs of our partners.

Fellowships Program - This program focuses on building a values-based skillset for small cohorts of learners over an entire year. Our Fellowship Program has three tiers:
• Junior Leaders (high school)
• Emerging leaders (college)
• Veteran leaders (military/former military transitioning to civilian life).
The curriculum is tailored to the specific needs of the individual group, but each Fellowship involves a summer kickoff week in Charleston, SC, and monthly interactions throughout the year with instructors, guest speakers, and Medal of Honor recipients.

Civic Leadership & Professional Development Program - Our CLPD program works with organizations to develop custom values-based leadership programming that fits the specific needs of those organizational partners. These partners come from a variety of professional areas: business, healthcare, government, and non-profit organizations. Our custom programs are designed to not only educate but move the needle on specific training metrics that are important to our partners.

Every influential movement needs a home, and we proudly establish ours in a place dedicated to patriotism. This ambitious project is led by a dedicated team of veterans and citizens who are passionate about paving the way for future leaders. They believe in preserving the stories of our country’s greatest heroes and passing on their legacy.
With wonderful artifacts, galleries, immersive demonstrations, and experiential exhibits, guests will embark on an exhilarating journey that compels them to become leaders in their own lives by:
• Hearing the inspiring stories of regular people facing extraordinary moments and understanding why their values made a difference.
• Gaining a deeper understanding of citizenship, overcoming challenges, and making crucial decisions when it matters most.
• Exploring ethical decision-making and applying Medal of Honor values in various aspects of life.
• Honoring Medal of Honor heroes who displayed extraordinary valor in military action, offering insights into your own leadership values.

But this is more than just a building; it’s part of an effort to revitalize America through a nationwide leadership development program based on Medal of Honor values. We aim to be the go-to source for values-based leadership education and a driving force behind a national conversation on this topic.

Our programs focus on real-life values and experiences, not just theories. This allows us to easily collaborate with other leadership programs in higher education and across all sectors of America. This conference center will be a portal for character development, leadership symposiums, certification programs, retreats, and immersive multimedia exhibits. We have already started delivering our programs and hope to break ground on our conference center in 2025.
