The Pathway to Stability Program at Welcome House provides comprehensive case management, housing search support, financial literacy training, and employment readiness coaching to Native American families experiencing homelessness in North Dakota.
Through this program, we help families build the skills and confidence needed to transition from emergency shelter to permanent housing. Participants receive one-on-one counseling, credit repair education, budgeting tools, and connections to local employers and rental opportunities.
