Veterans Adaptive Life Foundation

The mission of Veterans Adaptive Life Foundation is to empower disabled veterans—both service-connected and non-service-connected—to live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. We do this by helping veterans access home and vehicle modifications, adaptive resources, and community-based support that remove physical and systemic barriers to independence. Veterans Adaptive Life Foundation exists to serve veterans who often fall through the cracks, particularly in rural and underserved Oklahoma communities where access to centralized military transition resources is limited. Many disabled veterans return home to environments that are not accessible to their disabilities and lack guidance on how to obtain assistance. While adaptive grants and programs exist, they are frequently underutilized due to complex processes and lack of awareness. Through advocacy, education, partnerships, and resource navigation, Veterans Adaptive Life Foundation connects disabled veterans with the tools, funding opportunities, and support networks needed to improve safety, mobility, and quality of life. Our work is rooted in lived experience, accountability, and a commitment to ensuring that no disabled veteran is left to navigate life after service alone.
