Purpose
We provide warmth, comfort, and essential hygiene supplies to individuals (men and women) and families in need through compassionate outreach and community-driven initiatives. We strive to ensure that everyone has access to the necessities that uphold dignity and well-being.
Vision
To establish a comprehensive resource center that serves as a one-stop facility offering:
Ø Integrated Support Services: Employment assistance, housing support, and substance abuse counseling tailored to individual needs.
Ø Functional Infrastructure: Office space, private meeting rooms, and a fully equipped learning center to foster education and professional development.
Ø Essential Amenities: A full-service kitchen, ample parking, and convenient access to public transportation to ensure accessibility and comfort.
Ø Community Empowerment: A safe, inclusive environment where individuals can access holistic support, build self-sufficiency, and thrive long-term.
Community Engagement & Outreach
Only through collective action can we ensure dignity, stability, and opportunity for our unhoused neighbors. The homeless population in Augusta, particularly in Richmond County, is steadily increasing. Without decisive action from local governance, this crisis will inevitably expand into Columbia County and surrounding areas. As state-level budget cuts cascade down to counties, Augusta will not be spared. To confront this growing challenge, our community must unite—residents, organizations, and leaders alike—to provide essential resources, support services, and sustainable solutions.
