CLEAR LAKE AREA COMMUNITY CENTER, INC.

To provide and maintain a safe, clean, inviting environment where individuals and groups of all ages may participate in a variety of activities. This would include educational, recreational, cultural, social, and religious activities with a focus toward strengthening the overall connection and support offered to individuals, families, and group within our community. Hopefully, an atmosphere would be created in which the community center would become a catalyst for organizations and groups to provide within the community experiences for youth, seniors citizens, and other groups, which would otherwise not be possible. Over time, some activities and experiences would achieve a structure and stability which would then help support overall community stability.

The Clear Lake Area Community Center also provides private, low cost commercial spaces for rent to entrepreneurs who are trying out a new idea as well as local non-profit organizations with small budgets unable to rent commercial space at market rates. We are home to the local food shelf, two Veterans organizations, the local history museum business offices, and news paper office, the local community theater troupe, Cub Scouts and Girls Scouts, a national award winning gymnastics school, a ballet school, several visual artists, and other small businesses.

We also provide the community with a modern event center space that seats 250 people, provides a stage for performers, and has been utilized for many types of events to include community theater performances, weddings, receptions, coronations, dances, and much more.
