LOVING THUNDER THERAPEUTIC RIDING INC

Loving Thunder is a therapeutic riding program for disabled children and adults as well as Veterans with PTSD and other disabilities. Rider ages are 4 years old and up. Each rider is evaluated for abilities and is supplied up to three trained volunteers and a gentle therapy horse to become as successful as they can be. During the lessons, riders participate in all aspects of grooming, tacking, leading their horse, and riding. LTTR is a volunteer dependent organization and the only Premier Accredited Path, Intl center in New Mexico. All disabilities served including those riders requiring assistance from a wheel chair to the horse with the use of a mechanical lift.
