The Pendleton County Historical Society volunteers will remove a used flagpole by breaking the cement base and moving it to the Pendleton County Historical Society home (Fryer House.) They will reset the pole in two feet of concrete. They will install new hardware, rope, flag, and light to illuminate the flag at night.
