Few people realize that homes are one of the most dangerous places for families. Structural and safety aspects of the home directly impact residents’ and neighbors’ health. RTLB addresses safety and health concerns by providing our neighbors with FREE critical repairs and home safety modifications. Our efforts focus on our low-income (at/below 50% AMI), senior, veteran, and disabled neighbors.

In addition, RTLB believes the concept of healthy homes extends beyond the four walls of a dwelling to its surroundings—to the land immediately around the house, to adjacent structures and amenities and to the neighborhood setting. Neither the home nor the residents exist in isolation.
