LOST IN SAN FRANCISCO tells my story of AIDS Survival Syndrome. ASS is a constellation of guilt, loneliness, and lack of purpose many long-term survivors face getting older. This point-of-view documentary is my blunt, often raw, tale of fear and sexuality during the AIDS pandemic.
Set in San Francisco during the height of the AIDS pandemic in the mid-1980s and early 90s, when I to had to focus on my survival at the expense of my personal growth. At 57, I am emotionally ready to face my past. Other survivors are as well.
The Goal of LOST IN SAN FRANCISCO is to tell my story of the complex mixture of feelings buried for 30 years and to help others tell theirs.
