Support for victims of sex trafficking in partnership with Giving Connection

Throughout the year we work with Giving Connection, a nonprofit dedicated to providing resources and support to the network of agencies that combat sex trafficking in the greater metro area. This includes a "Christmas in July" gift card fundraiser to purchase small-dollar amount gift cards for victims and those who first work with them after rescuing them from trafficking, providing supplies for a work day where we make Hope Bags, weighted blankets, and cards for the kids, and a Giving Tree in December where families can provide for the basic needs of the kids and get them some Christmas presents before they transition out of shelters.
