CONNECTICUT VETERANS DAY RACE INC

The purpose of the CT Veterans Day Race is to organize, promote, and manage a run/walk/ruck event that honors all CT veterans who served; while raising funds and educating the communities who support veteran service organizations who directly service our brave military men and women.

Our organization is an all-volunteer team comprised of veterans and patriotic citizens with a primary mission of raising funds for CT veteran organizations as well as raise awareness of the growing needs of our veterans. The event begins with a patriotic opening ceremony prior to the race start. There are veteran service organizations set up in the park to help education the community and the veterans.
All the race proceeds go directly to CT Veteran Service Organizations. In addition to financial donations from sponsorships and race participant revenue, we also collect non-perishable food items to donate to veteran food pantries as well as new hats, gloves, socks, and toiletry items for homeless veterans.
