FOSTER CARE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Foster Care Chamber of Commerce (FCCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Southern Nevada, created to serve youth aging out of the foster care system. Our mission is to disrupt the foster care-to-prison pipeline by equipping foster youth and young adults (ages 16–24) with career opportunities, life skills, and supportive networks that empower them to thrive.

We represent a bold reimagining of what post-foster care support can look like—bridging the gap between community, commerce, and youth development. Through innovative programs and strategic partnerships with businesses, educators, and service providers, FCCC offers wraparound services that include workforce readiness, financial literacy, housing connections, entrepreneurship, and social-emotional learning.

Our programs are youth-informed and community-driven. We prioritize accessibility, culturally responsive approaches, and trauma-informed practices. Our work is grounded in lived experience: our founder is a decorated veteran and long-time foster parent who has fostered over 40 teens, bringing firsthand knowledge of the challenges and potential of youth in care.
