On behalf of the entire Diversity Cyber Council Team and the communities we serve, we thank you with the utmost gratitude for considering to invest in our mission with your donation. It is our goal to establish a sustainable diverse talent pipeline to the technology workforce through our program offerings, strategic partnerships, community outreach, employer participation, and contributions from supporters. Through your donation we become ever closer to reaching that goal, thank you for believing in us and extending your advocacy. Our Cybersecurity Workforce Development Registered Apprenticeship Program will provide an accelerated and immersive pathway for minorities and underserved populations to gain instructor led training and paid part-time on the job experience. The apprenticeship program is twelve months of hybrid training to earn industry recognized certifications such as CompTIA Fundamentals+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cloud+, and CompTIA Analyst+. By learning these core skillsets through classroom and on the job training, apprentices that graduate will be viable entry level professionals to gain employment in a variety of different tech positions. We are offering this program free to candidates as a debt free solution to enable economic development and mobility, enhance diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, as well as proactively meet the demands for talent in the technology workforce.
