Connect! Respect! Assist! We are dedicated to meeting our Veterans and community members who are at-risk or experiencing homelessness, where they are at. We provide compassionate support and essential missing link services through our mobile outreach and our Community Assist Center that empower them to build a sustainable and successful future.

We are a nonprofit that provides wrap-around services through our mobile outreach and our Community Assist Center to our unhoused Veterans and community members experiencing needs to make a #lifepath change. We offer assistance for inpatient, rehabilitation, medical, mental health, basic needs, ID, Social Security, MediCal cards, job/vocational assistance, bicycle program, transitional housing options, and veterans needing help with DD214s and VA benefits. We are also a 211 referral.

How Donations Work
