We are a nonprofit that provides wrap-around services to our unhoused Veterans and community members experiencing needs to make a #lifepath change. We offer assistance for inpatient, rehabilitation, medical, mental health, basic needs, ID, Social Security, MediCal cards, job/vocational assistance, bicycle program, transitional housing options, and veterans needing help with DD214s and VA benefits. We are also a 211 referral.
How Donations Work
