VETERANS COMMUNITY SERVICE ASSOC AMERICAN LEGION POST 409

Veterans Community Service Association American Legion Post 409 was established to receive and raise funds which are used to assist veterans and service men and women in the community who are in need.

Veterans Community Service Association is set up as a 501(c)(3) in association with American Legion Post 409 to receive and raise funds that are used to assist service men and women in the community who are in need and to generally support veterans and veteran activities. Fund raising activities are usually conducted in the American Legion Post 409 building at 757 San Mateo Avenue in San Bruno. Examples of fund raising activities include, among others things, preparing and serving the breakfasts and dinners (at the American Legion Building in San Bruno, CA); annual canned food drive; and providing for holiday BBQs and holiday treats for Colma Village Veterans home throughout the year.
