To expand our programs and reach even more children and families, we need to find a property closer to civilization. While our ranch provides a very private and serene location, the distance does create issues. We know we need to buy a property a bit closer "to town".
We have a strong financial start, but each time we think we've met our goal, real estate prices jump. Our ideal ranchette is 2-10 acres. Has room to build 1 or 2 barns. An arena for learning. Turnout space for equines. And is located in north Scottsdale or south Cave Creek between Pima and Cave Creek Rd.
