With the pending completion of Village 1 In Palmer Tx, It is time to begin planning for the Waxahachie property to become a Village. The existing house would serve as the "common area" and the Existing Garage would be modified into a bathhouse. Plumbing and its own septic are already installed which puts us a step past what we started with Palmer and a vacant unimproved property.
We will need to First design and submit to Ellis County our plan, Prepare the Infrastructure. The last village cost approx. 296k just to begin implementation.
Though the basic design can be done by us privately we will need a certified engineer for the septic and that must come first
