Paws for Life K9 Rescue

The mission of Paws For Life K9 Rescue is to save and improve the lives of dogs through innovative human/canine programming. All PFLK9 programs provide opportunity, support and comfort to multiple participants/recipients: formerly homeless dogs, incarcerated/released individuals, first responders, military veterans, victims of gun violence and persons on the autism spectrum.

Paws For Life K9 Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that focuses on reducing animal shelter populations by training overlooked dogs in a setting that nurtures their innate temperament in a manner that allows for successful placement in the home. Our training programs in a correctional setting offer second chances to incarcerated people which in turn enriches the lives of both people and animals. All of this combined provides a priceless contribution to our local communities who benefit from the extraordinary work being done at PFLK9R.
