LAKOTA HUNTING WITH HEROES INC

Hunting with Heroes is a non-profit organization that was founded in Lakota, Iowa by Jason and Bernard Becker in 2011.
Hunting with Heroes is wholly focused upon supporting our nation’s veterans whether they be local or from across the country. Each year, we host between 4-10 active duty wounded warriors from the United States Marine Corps on an all expenses paid trip to northern Iowa. The finale of each year’s event is a Veterans Appreciation Banquet where up to 600 veterans, spouses, friends and families of Veterans join volunteers and sponsors in honoring our visiting Marines as well as our local Veterans of all branches..
Going into its 8th year, the success of this organization have been made possible through the generous support of the people of Lakota, Buffalo Center, Rake, Thompson, Ledyard, Algona and Bancroft, Iowa.
