One Life exists to serve and support the most vulnerable community members, particularly those in crisis, by providing radical access to mental health services. Guided by our core values of trust and inclusivity, we are committed to offering high-quality mental health counseling and safety net services to anyone in need, regardless of race, color, national origin, citizenship status, creed, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or ability to pay. We strive to empower individuals to lead purposeful and inspired lives while addressing mental health challenges head-on. Through partnerships with medical providers, nonprofits, schools, and religious institutions, we fill gaps in local services, ensuring that the people who need help can access it.

Our ultimate goal is to build a community where mental health awareness is widespread and help is easily accessible—particularly for marginalized youth and communities of color. We aim to shift low-income and immigrant communities from experiencing disproportionate mental health crises to having greater awareness of mental illness and improved access to culturally competent care.
