Sowing Seeds of Joy (SSOJ) consultation, collaboration conducts ongoing classes to local and international communities regarding Financial Budgeting, Trauma Healing, Safe Conversations, Diversity, Community Outreach, Discipleship, Mentorship, grant writing.
This training for is individuals, youth, married couples, families, local and international churches and organizations wanting adequate preparation and training prior to taking and serving on a short-term or long-term mission excursion to locations as near as Dallas-Ft. Worth Texas, and as far as South Pacific. We provide several training experiences and educational workshops on missions, trip preparedness, off and on the field readiness, and debriefing gatherings. We partner with like-minded organizations to address refugee concerns, homeless, women and families in need. We help African American, Black, churches establish mission ministries. SSOJ host grant writing and strategic business planning workshops to residents and community groups, as well as honor missionaries, local veterans, social justice advocates, leaders, business entrepreneurs and pastors at our Seeds of Honor Gala. We connect, collaborate, and mobilize all peoples to be on mission with God. Our objectives are to partner with others who demonstrate a sincere passion to expand their horizon, perspective, and humanitarian outreach by engaging both in local and global communities, working to impact the lives of the under-reached, underserved, marginalize, poor, voiceless, leaders, families, men, women, collegiate, children and youth.
