Rebuilding Together Greater Florida (RTGFL) improves the homes and lives of low-income homeowners—especially seniors, families with children, and veterans—through critical repairs, disaster recovery, and affordable housing development. We focus on neighborhoods with aging housing stock and high poverty rates, bringing communities together to restore safety, dignity, and stability.

Our services are provided at no cost to eligible homeowners, and we prioritize hiring skilled local tradespeople, creating economic opportunities in the communities we serve.

Headquartered in Tampa, RTGFL operates across more than 22 counties throughout Florida. Our regional offices in Arcadia, Fort Myers, Orlando, Port Charlotte, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg allow us to maintain a strong local presence and respond quickly to community needs. RTGFL provides essential home repairs and homeowner education to households earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Since our founding, we’ve completed approximately 10,000 home repair projects and responded to over 15 major disasters. Every $1 invested in our work generates an estimated $2.84 in value, with an average return on investment of $22,452 per home—a testament to the lasting impact of safe, healthy housing.
