Since 1989, Brain Injury Services has provided FREE innovative programs to assist children, adult and veteran survivors of traumatic brain injury, stroke, and concussion to build the skills and confidence they need to lead a fulfilling and productive life. By assisting more than 1,100 individuals and families throughout the Northern Virginia, Rappahannock, and Winchester areas each year, Brain Injury Services has proven to be the most comprehensive solution for survivors of brain injury.
