Founded in 2010, Humble Warrior Collective provides marginalized and underserved individuals access to trauma-informed movement and mindfulness techniques, empowering communities to cultivate personal wellness, discovery, and resilience.

The Humble Warrior Collective is disrupting inequity in wellbeing by bringing trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness trainings and classes to the organization and populations that need it most, including mental health and recovery centers, carceral spaces, domestic violence and human trafficking shelters, veterans groups, and underserved public schools.

Why:
Wellbeing is a lifelong practice. Through this work, we aim to create a more equitable, supportive world, where all individuals can thrive in their pursuit of wellbeing. By integrating trauma-informed practices and promoting holistic wellbeing, the Humble Warrior Collective aims to break down barriers and empower individuals to navigate life's challenges with compassion and growth.

How:
Specially-trained instructors visit area schools, veterans centers, recovery and treatment centers, and domestic violence shelters, leading classes designed to foster a sense of community and connection. By incorporating breath work, meditation, and gentle yoga and other forms of movement, our classes provide self-care and wellbeing support while guiding and improving self-regulation, self-knowledge and self-worth.
