The Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation (GDMF) was established to help ease the transition from military to civilian work for the Special Operations Community. Inspired by Glen’s love of learning and his passion for adventure, we aim to bring personal advancement into the lives of as many Special Operators as possible.

Our focus is on providing current and former Special Operations professionals, from all branches of the military, the means necessary to transition and succeed in civilian careers. We do this by providing scholarships to current or former Special Operations Professionals for higher education or professional training.

We are a 501(c)(3) charity organization dedicated to honoring and preserving the memory of Glen Doherty and all those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice defending our nation.
