The purposes of which The Sub Zero Mission is formed are as follows: a) The purpose of The Sub Zero Mission shall be to prevent the freezing and injury caused by extreme weather exposure of the homeless and financially destitute Americans, with special focus on Military Veterans. The Sub Zero Mission is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations which qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986., as amended, or the corresponding section of the any future United States Internal Revenue Law, for the time being exclusively for a public purpose. b) To generally do and perform each and every act, deed and thing incidental to said purposes or necessary, useful, convenient, appropriate or proper for the attainment, furtherance, or exercise of any of the purposes, objects and powers enumerated in these Code of Regulations.

Sub Zero Mission helps homeless stay warm during the winter months by providing hats, coats, gloves, boots, sleeping bags, new socks, tents and other warming items. We do this because nobody should freeze to death in America.

Some of the volunteers of the missionThis group of volunteers helps find those exposed to the elements in northeast Ohio and other cities in the region then offers them warming items. The 501C3 BBB 5-Star Accredited Organization owns several vehicles to scout and make deliveries in these areas.

The group also concentrates on finding veterans who make up a high percentage of homeless. We carry special laminated cards with contact information in order to get them the special help that
