Happy Holidays and Giving Tuesday/ Support Humanitarian Efforts in Israel & Gaza

Humanitarian Relief: We are not providing relief for Hamas. Providing, shelter, food, and water. Americans are in Gaza and Israel. As deadly fighting between Israel and Hamas intensifies, so too does a dire humanitarian crisis in the area. Hundreds have been killed and thousands injured on both sides after Hamas launched unprecedented attacks on Israel Saturday. Subsequent airstrikes have overwhelmed local hospitals and displaced more than 100,000 people in Gaza, one of the most densely populated areas on earth. As bombs rained down on Gaza Monday, Palestinian-Americans visiting or living there said they were desperately trying to find ways out of the region but have received little or no support from US Embassy officials, even though they are US citizens. They said they were told by the embassy that routes out of the Gaza Strip had been narrowed down to one: A passage though Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula, which reportedly had been closed for a period of time Monday because of bombing.
