Washington, District of ColumbiaDog Tag Inc. (DTI) empowers transitioning veterans with service-connected disabilities, military spouses, and caregivers to re-discover purpose and find community post military-service through an innovative five-month business and entrepreneurship-focused fellowship program. We run two cohorts per year in Washington, DC and Chicago, IL with up to 16 fellows per cohort––serving over 60 individuals through our high-impact program each year. Our social enterprise, Dog Tag Bakery, acts as a living business school. Launched in 2014 in, our program combines business & entrepreneurship coursework through our partner universities (Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies and Loyola University of Chicago's Quinlan School of Business), ample leadership development opportunities, and hands-on rotations throughout Dog Tag Bakery. Fellows explore a variety of career paths, learning how to utilize available resources and establish vast networks as they develop strategic roadmaps for achieving personal and professional fulfillment post-service.
