A strong community depends on having support systems in place to respond to disasters and help people overcome hard times to get back on their feet. United Way of Northeastern Minnesota is there to stabilize our communities through access to emergency food, safe shelter, housing services and disaster relief. We provide support to those experiencing domestic violence and sexual assault and work to reduce it. We help people become self-sufficient, which means stronger communities for all of us. By supporting UWNEMN's Stabilizing Families and Individuals focus area, you will provide assistance to the following agencies:Advocates for Family Peace, American Red Cross, AEOA Elder Services Network, Food Shelves Area Wide, N.S.L.C. Habitat for Humanity, Homeless Youth Project/Range Mental Health Center, LSS Family Resource Center, Range Transitional Housing, Salvation Army/Hibbing, Salvation Army/Virginia, Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank, Sexual Assault Program/N.S.L.C., Support Within Reach, and
