H3LPRS empowers underserved communities by providing digital literacy education, access to technology, and ongoing technical support, bridging the digital divide and promoting equitable access to opportunity.

H3LPRS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bridging the digital divide by providing underserved communities with access to technology, digital literacy training, and ongoing technical support. We help low-income households, veterans, seniors, and individuals in need gain access to refurbished devices, affordable internet, and personalized coaching. Through community partnerships, outreach, and education, we ensure that everyone has the tools and confidence to connect, learn, and thrive in today’s digital world.
