Helping Kids Start the School Year with Confidence
Ready to Learn is a back-to-school initiative of United Way of Eastern LaSalle County that provides local K–8 students with brand-new clothing, shoes, and essential school supplies. The program is designed to give every child the chance to walk into the classroom feeling confident, included, and ready to succeed—regardless of their family's income.
Thanks to the support of generous donors and volunteers, Ready to Learn helps ease the financial burden on families and ensures that more than 125 local students each year start school with dignity and pride.
