Mentors for Ukraine connects displaced Ukrainian professionals with experienced volunteer mentors who provide career guidance, professional support, and practical advice during career transitions.
Many Ukrainians rebuilding their lives after displacement face challenges navigating new job markets, adapting professional experience, and accessing industry networks. Through one-to-one mentoring, volunteers support participants with career planning, job readiness, interview preparation, and professional development.
Mentoring is delivered virtually and can be flexible or ongoing, depending on the availability and preferences of both mentors and participants. Volunteers share their professional experience in areas such as technology, business, leadership, marketing, project management, and other fields.
Donations to this project support the coordination, safeguarding, and ongoing operation of the mentoring programme, ensuring that participation remains free for Ukrainian professionals.
Mentors for Ukraine is operated by The Educational Equality Institute as part of its education and workforce support for displaced Ukrainians.
