OPERATION JULIET

Operation Juliet is a women-led, veteran-founded nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering female veterans through healing, community, and personal growth.

While women have served in every era of conflict, their experiences are often overlooked within traditional veteran support systems. Female veterans frequently report feeling unseen, unheard, and underserved—especially when it comes to mental health care, trauma recovery, and community support. Many carry the long-term effects of combat exposure, military sexual trauma, chronic stress, and the loss of identity that can accompany leaving military service.

Operation Juliet was created in response to these unmet needs.

Founded by a female combat veteran who understands these challenges firsthand, Operation Juliet provides intentional, trauma-informed spaces designed exclusively for women who have served. Our programs are rooted in trust, safety, and peer connection, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone and cannot be rushed or forced.

At the heart of Operation Juliet are immersive healing retreats that bring together female veterans from across the country. These retreats offer a structured yet nurturing environment where participants engage in holistic healing modalities, guided reflection, creative expression, and meaningful connection with other women who share similar experiences. For many participants, these retreats mark the first time they have felt truly understood since leaving the military.

In addition to retreats, Operation Juliet hosts monthly gatherings and educational workshops that foster ongoing connection and support. These programs help reduce isolation, build peer networks, and provide tools for managing stress, trauma responses, and life transitions. We also offer scholarships to help female veterans access healing modalities that are often unavailable or difficult to obtain through traditional systems.

Operation Juliet’s approach is grounded in compassion, dignity, and empowerment. We do not ask women to relive their trauma or conform to a one-size-fits-all model of healing. Instead, we honor each woman’s journey and provide opportunities for growth, leadership development, and reconnection with purpose.

Our organization operates under six guiding pillars—Journey, Unity, Leadership, Inspiration, Empowerment, and Thrive—which inform every aspect of our work. These pillars reflect our belief that healing is a process, community is essential, leadership emerges through lived experience, and thriving after service is possible.
