Through leveraging of other funds, we will continue to provide direct client assistance for needy Veterans, Dependents, and Surviving Spouses for housing, utilities, transportation and food. Those applying have to prove need and provide a range of documents including DD214, Current award letter, last three months bank statements, birth certificates and Texas DL or ID card.
