This project focuses on the meticulous restoration of the historic Armory building, which has served as a vital community hub since its construction in the early 20th century. So far, we have updated the electrical systems, repaired the ceiling, and replaced most of the plumbing.
The remainder of the restoration is broken into two phases:
Phase 1 includes updating the remaining two bathrooms and replacing the windows. The total cost for Phase 1 is $200,000.
Phase 2 will refinish the drill floor floors, add HVAC to the remainder of the building, and complete the offices on the lower level. The total cost for Phase 2 is $275,000.
The objectives of this project include modernizing the building’s infrastructure—plumbing, electrical, and HVAC—while preserving its historical character, ensuring it continues to serve the community for generations to come.
