collaboration, and private creative gatherings. We are creating a sustainable, community-based
organization where artists, performers, and cultural workers can share ideas, create work, and
build lasting connections within San Francisco’s vibrant arts community.
The Artist Yacht Club is rooted in a commitment to artistic risk-taking and mutual support. Our
founders bring decades of experience working within independent artist-run spaces and are
committed to sustaining and expanding this model for future generations of artists.
Friends of the Artist Yacht Club is dedicated to supporting and sustaining the Artist Yacht Club
and bridging the private membership with its greater mission and surrounding community.
