HOMES FIRST

Homes First provides healthy, safe, and affordable rental housing to people in Thurston and Mason Counties. We are able to do this by both housing and supporting our tenants with an in-house supportive tenant services navigator program and by partnering with many others groups in our community.

We have housed and supported over 5,000 people since our inception. We own and manage 46 properties, annually providing over 275 tenants with respect, dignity, and support, ensuring they have every opportunity to be successful. In order to provide healthy and affordable homes for our community, we continue to invest in the maintenance and upkeep of our properties. The type of rental homes we provide include those for clean and sober living, homeless veterans and their families, developmentally disabled adults, families, seniors, and single parents.

Our program provides homes that are affordable and the ongoing support structures each household needs to achieve a future where they and their children have food on the table, medical care when they need it, and hope to thrive rather than simply survive.
