QUIET CADENCE

Quiet Cadence is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity based in Kittitas County, Washington, dedicated to supporting the health, well-being, and resilience of frontline workers and their families. The organization was founded in response to high levels of burnout among caregivers, healthcare providers, first responders, educators, police officers, firefighters/EMS, veterans, and other essential workers. Quiet Cadence offers holistic, trauma-informed programs — including equine-assisted activities, expressive arts, yoga, and other therapeutic experiences — designed to help participants find peace, balance, emotional healing, and renewed strength. Through these supportive activities in a calm, natural setting, Quiet Cadence aims to foster connection, personal growth, and improved mental wellness among those who serve their communities.
