TEAD ONE MEMORIAL FUND
TRENTON, MichiganThe TEAD One Memorial Artist in Residence Program is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that was founded by the family of Jordan Vaughn to honor his memory and continue his artistic legacy. The vision of the program is to promote and strengthen a diverse culture of art in the community by fostering a creative, supporting environment for local adult emerging artists to develop new work and creatively explore new ideas in a safe and inclusive environment.
A TEAD One Resident Artist will receive:
. A private studio space for 3 months to concentrate on creating a new body of
work.
• A $500 artist stipend to help with art supplies.
• Artists share their creativity with the community through exhibits, demonstrations, murals, and other events as they become available.
. Artists will have opportunities to exhibit and sell their work during their residency and after their residency ends.
• Networking with a community of talented, supportive artists at Fishnet Artist
Studios and City Hall Artspace Studio.
• A professional consultation on art as a business
• Artists must be over 18 years of age and work at an advanced level
