Inspire Real Change was founded/created out of a Heart to Better Serve our Homeless Population by presenting Real Data from Real Research on Real People to Educate others on Real Challenges in the Homeless Social Services System.
We Believe in a Performance-Based Model of Homeless Social Services that is Trauma-Informed, Culturally Competent, and Quality Accountable.
We believe the current Homeless Social Services system can be effectively remodeled and transformed to reflect a quality accountability model with enhanced performance oversight. We believe that Homelessness is a Trauma, which requires a Trauma-Informed Care Model. We Drive Real Change through three core competencies: Advocacy, Education, and Research.
