CIVN is partnered with Crossroads Community Services, Advanced Preparatory International, American Black Cross and the North Texas Food Bank to give away free food. CIVN gives away groceries, every first Friday of the month to all families in need. Noone is turned away. All are welcomed to receive free groceries. Due to the overwhelming need for social distancing, the process has been moved to a drive thru. Recipients do not have to leave their cars to receive the free groceries. Everything is handled digitally and the families leave with smiles and groceries.
