Evolving Wellness is a Chippewa Valley regional consortium of highly respected health and wellness practitioners. This knowledgeable and experienced group of Providers are givers and changers. Giving of themselves and their services to create a new approach to "cooperative wellness care" and helping to change the status quo.
Evolving Wellness empowers people facing health challenges and is a resource of wellness support and advice for the entire Chippewa Valley community. Our nonprofit provides Free Health Care Navigation/Consultation. We are a Wellness Hub helping people find the services, providers & resources for their health journey.
Evolving Wellness provides an alternative and innovative delivery of health and wellness services using a Collaborative Community Care model to help those in need.

We offer Programs for those slipping through the cracks:
Teen Center - Focusing on Youth Development, Love & Light Wellness - Taking Care of your Body, Mind & Spirit, Spectrum Program - Taking care of families with children that are on the spectrum - Helping these families thrive, Breath4Health - Helping those with lung conditions live a healthier life.
We serve lower income youth, family, and persons in the EC area. Families that could not afford the services provided have been served in the autism program and more are awaiting access if we can gain more funds. Participants on fixed and low income are using our respiratory program. Love & Light serves all youth in need. Many of those are in foster care or are in a lower income status. Many of these families struggle to pay out of pocket expenses for the services that greatly benefit them.
