At least 25 people have died in the devastating rainfall that deluged eastern Kentucky, Gov. Andy Beshear said Saturday. Hundreds of homes are destroyed and damaged roads, downed trees, multiple mudslides and a strong current are preventing rescuers from reaching some areas.
