The mission of Bud’s Odyssey Foundationis to improve the lives of Military Veterans
and First Responders suffering from PTS and other mood disorders by providing
innovative cost-free neurofeedback/brain paint treatments. Our purpose was inspired by Robert E. “Bud” Kingsbury, a WWII B-17 pilot, POW,
and sole survivor who struggled with PTS until he found healing later in life.
His son, Bob Kingsbury, the CEO and Founder of Bud’s Odyssey Foundation, had
struggled with insomnia for 35 years, and finally received healing using
Neurofeedback -Brain Paint treatments at the office of Dr. Douglas DiSiena
(B.Sc., D.C., IDE, QME, FICA, C.N.S., Director of DiSiena Chiropractic, Brain Wellness and Nutrition Center).Through proven research and practice, Dr. DiSiena recognized how Neurofeedback/Brain Paint can lessen or completely alleviate PTS symptoms.
This served as a catalyst to begin treating the Veterans of today with Brain Paint to
help with symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress and other war trauma issues.
The Veterans and First Responders go through orientation and consultation to ensure the treatment is a right fit for them, and then would move on to 20 sessions of treatment (2 sessions a week for 10 weeks). They are monitored and given feedback of their progress. They are also given the opportunity for additional follow-up treatments.
The Foundation started in 2017 and has helped over 70 Vets and First Responders heal
and live better lives through these treatments.
We are honored to serve in this manner and have great pride
in fostering strong mental and emotional health for our brave warriors.
A donation of $2,250 will cover the treatment of a Veteran or
First Responder and can be designated for treatments to either group.
These donations will directly cover the cost of 20 sessions, and follow up treatment.
Larger donations gladly accepted to help cover the cost of multiple individuals. More information and success testimonies can be found at www.budsodysseyfoundation.com
