Here to Help Military and Families provides free and confidential counseling and psychotherapy referrals to post 9/11 military members and their families on Long Island, New York.

An all volunteer organization based on Long Island, New York, Here to Help Military and Families is a network of licensed professionals providing free and confidential counseling to active and discharged military members from all branches of the Armed Services, including Reserves and National Guard. Services are provided regardless of discharge status. Free and confidential services are also provided to family members and loved ones. Counseling is unlimited, and can include individual therapy, couples counseling, and/or family therapy. Services are provided in the private practice offices of licensed clinical professionals. Virtual visits are also possible. Here to Help Military and Families is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
