Warehouse and Logistics Academy. As a Washington State certified Eligible Training Provider, we offer workforce development courses in Certified Logistics Associate, Certified Logistics Technician, Certified Production Technician, OSHA 10 and Forklift Operation. We are proud to have trained 65 local workers over the past year, preparing them for well-paying logistics positions at nearby businesses. The Moore Wright Group currently offers virtual and in person classes and testing for Certified Logistics Associates (CLA), Certified Logistics Technician (CLT), Certified Production Technician (CPT), OSHA10, Forklift Safety, CPR, First Aid, AED are delivered in 2-4 weeks class cohort, that allows participants and employers to be able to get employees trained quickly and efficiently. Our classes can be bundled into a cohort style class for as many as 5 certifications to be offered to a student, or as few classes as needed. All of the classes we offer are nationally portable, industry -led programs that prepare individuals for entry level basic skills and knowledge required for any jobs in Logistics, Warehousing, and the Supply Chain industries. Our classes are also built for employers to up-skill employees for management roles creating openings in entry-level positions while benefiting companies with extra skill sets for their employees. Our classes are not just quick workforce development training, but it is a program that specializes in working with those who are overcoming excessive barriers, such as incarceration, homelessness, domestic violence, and addiction recovery. TMWG is educated around the importance of our Supply Chains, and the strength of employment in areas around warehousing and distribution, and we are educating our students to succeed in that industry while assisting laid off workers and job seekers in the pursuit of rapid (re)employment. TMWG is a safe training place, giving students a place of internship on the job training through our organization's distribution center, also as an African American led organization we take diversity and inclusion into consideration with all of our classes to insure that everyone knows we are a safe place to learn.
