A Mother's Rest is actively seeking CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS to help us design and build a 15-suite historic Queen Anne reproduction B&B in Chapin, SC. This would be our third year-round respite inn & sanctuary exclusively for the benefit of special needs parents, adoptive parents, and other full-time family caregivers. This property, with 15 large guest rooms to accommodate as many as (1560) weary guests annually. Funding request: $3,000,000 for design, land, build. $300,000 for decor and furnishings. $300,000 annually for innkeeper staffing, utilities, supplies and materials, property insurance, property maintenance, landscaping, pool maintenance.
