The Mission of Bridging the Gap for Veterans is to provide career transition coaching and tactics, and openiing career doors to corporate America to secure careers for the entire military community.

Bridging the Gap for Veterans is an approved IRS Fully Determined 501C3 Charity Organization that teaches our IGNITE Career Transition Course on military installations around the nation and via career webinars monthly.

Our BTG for Veterans Career Transition & Resource Center located in Wall, New Jersey serves to help all military candidates and their family members with career resources and programs to make each successful.

Since launching in 2016, we have helped secure over 600 jobs for veterans and educated over 3000 candidates how to find a career.

We are Military Spouse Employment Partners with the Secretary of Defense and engaged with numerous Veteran Service Organizations around the nation.
